Fitness products maker Peloton Interactive PTON.O shares fell 8% before the bell to $6 after Q4 results.
The company posted Q4 revenue of $607.7 million, up $1 million from a year ago and above the LSEG estimate of $597.7 million, pointing to outperformance in equipment sales across both Peloton and Precor brands.
Adjusted EPS in the quarter of 13 cents beat analysts' expectations by a penny.
The company said paid subscriptions fell 8.8% year over year to about 2.6 million, within its guidance range.
It sees Q1 FY27 revenue of $545 million-$565 million and full-year revenue of $2.3 billion-$2.4 billion.
Of 21 analysts covering the stock, the recommendation breakdown is 9 “strong buy” or “buy,” 11 “hold” and 1 “sell,” with a median price target of $8.
At Wednesday's close, the stock had rallied 25% over the past three months, putting it up 6% year to date. The Nasdaq .IXIC has risen 13% in 2026.
