Pelthos Therapeutics announces annual shareholder meeting

Pelthos Therapeutics will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting online on Sept. 29, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect eight directors to serve until the next annual meeting.
The meeting will also consider ratifying Grant Thornton as independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
Investors will vote on adoption of the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan, which would replace the 2023 plan.
