Annual shareholder meeting set for Sept. 29, 2026

Pelthos Therapeutics will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting online on Sept. 29, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect eight directors to the board.

Ballots also include ratification of Grant Thornton as independent registered public accountants for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Investors will vote on adoption of the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan, which would replace the 2023 plan for new awards.
