Penguin Solutions reported fourth-quarter revenue of $566.69 million, up 68% year over year and above the $516.12 million analyst consensus. Adjusted EPS was $1, compared with the $0.78 consensus; adjusted operating income was $89.80 million, versus $68.97 million expected.
2. Fiscal 2027 outlook
The company expects fiscal 2027 net sales of $2.43 billion, representing growth of about 40%, plus or minus 10 percentage points. It forecast diluted EPS of $3.50, non-GAAP diluted EPS of $4.45 and non-GAAP gross margin of 28%, plus or minus 2 percentage points.
3. Demand and customers
Penguin Solutions said accelerating AI-driven data center demand and the launch of its AI Factory Platform boosted performance in the second half of fiscal 2026. It added six AI infrastructure data center customers in the quarter, including four neocloud providers, and said ClusterWareAI software improvements enhanced customer uptime and reduced operational overhead.
