Pennant assumed operations of three communities effective May 1, 2026, expanding its senior living portfolio by 194 units. The company took on a 100-unit assisted living in Glendale, AZ, renamed Saguaro Assisted Living; a 45-unit facility in Neenah, WI, now Cardinal Lane Senior Living; and a 49-unit New Franken community rebranded Harbor Haven Senior Living, all under triple net leases.

This set of transactions reflects Pennant’s emphasis on disciplined growth and deepening its presence in the high-potential Arizona and Wisconsin markets. Leadership expects the acquisitions will strengthen long-term shareholder value through improved operational performance and sustainable revenue streams.
