PennantPark Investment entered a note purchase agreement for a private placement of $64 million senior unsecured notes.
- $62 million 8.00% Senior Unsecured Notes due Sept. 1, 2031
- $2 million 7.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due Sept. 30, 2029
The notes carry a 1.50x minimum asset coverage covenant.
Registration-rights terms can step up interest by up to 0.50% if exchange or resale registration deadlines are missed.
