2. Griffin Dam Rehabilitation Project

The $16.922 million low-interest loan will fund upgrades to Griffin Dam in Lackawanna County, enhancing spillway exit channels, outlet works and seepage collection systems to meet probable maximum flood safety standards.

3. Lead Line Replacement in Lawrence County

The company will replace 603 lead or galvanized lead-impacted water service lines in New Castle, Lawrence County using a $3.769 million grant and $5.181 million loan, eliminating health risks and improving water quality under a 29-year, 1% interest loan.
