1. Quarterly results
PepsiCo reported third-quarter core EPS of $2.34, up 2% year over year and above the $2.29 consensus estimate from 17 analysts. Net revenue rose 5.6% year over year, while reported EPS was $2.23.
2. Outlook and drivers
The company updated its fiscal 2026 guidance and expects organic revenue growth of about 3%. It plans further structural cost reductions to offset rising input cost inflation. PepsiCo said international growth was supported by organic volume gains in Asia Pacific, International Beverages Franchise and Latin America Foods; North American convenient foods saw improved revenue trends, savory snack volume growth and market-share gains, but lower effective net pricing. Acquisitions made in 2025 contributed to beverage revenue growth, especially in North America.
