Perella Weinberg Q2 FY26 GAAP diluted EPS rises to $0.06; revenue increases 1% to $157 million

- First-half revenue fell 17% to USD 305 million; GAAP pre-tax swung to a loss of USD 5 million.
- Cash totaled USD 116 million with no debt; year-to-date returns to equity holders reached USD 73 million, including a USD 0.07 quarterly dividend.
