Perfect Corp calls extraordinary shareholder meeting
PERF•Extraordinary shareholder meeting scheduled
Perfect Corp. scheduled an extraordinary general meeting in New Taipei City, Taiwan on Oct. 19, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the proposed merger with ProjectNY under the previously announced merger agreement dated July 10, 2026.
The transaction would take Perfect private, with ProjectNY merging into the company and Perfect surviving as the continuing entity.
