Performance Shipping agrees to repurchase and cancel outstanding warrants
PSHG•Performance Shipping agreed to repurchase and cancel warrants, including up to 190,000 Class A Warrants at $0.20 per underlying common share and other warrants covering millions of shares at $0.60 per share.
1. Warrant repurchases
Performance Shipping agreed to repurchase and cancel up to 190,000 Class A Warrants at $0.20 per underlying common share. The agreement also covers warrants issued July 19, 2022, for up to 859,999 common shares; warrants issued August 16, 2022, for up to 1,699,306 shares; and Series B Warrants issued March 3, 2023, for up to 3,313,250 shares. Each of those groups is to be repurchased at $0.60 per underlying common share.
