Perion buys in-store retail media firm PRN for up to $12 million cash
PERI•PRN to become Perion Retail Networks
PRN will operate as Perion Retail Networks, extending Perion’s execution layer into in-store environments alongside DOOH, CTV, commerce, and social.
The transaction is expected to be accretive from closing, with about USD 3 million of adjusted EBITDA contribution in 2027.
Perion does not expect a material impact on its full-year 2026 outlook.

Perion agreed to buy in-store retail media company PRN for up to USD 12 million in cash at closing.
The deal adds exclusive multi-year in-store inventory partnerships across major North American retailers, expanding point-of-purchase reach.
