Perpetua Medical subsidiary ES-Medical reaches settlement with Ecolab to restart C10 sales
ECL•ES-Medical reached a settlement with Ecolab that enables production and sales of its C10 probe-cleaning platform to resume. A next-generation system is expected to launch in Europe in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals; about 300 systems are installed, mainly in Scandinavia and Central Europe.
1. Settlement enables sales restart
Perpetua Medical subsidiary ES-Medical reached a settlement with Ecolab, enabling production and sales of its C10 probe-cleaning platform to resume. ES-Medical expects to launch a next-generation TEE probe-cleaning system in Europe in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. The company has about 300 systems installed, mainly in Scandinavia and Central Europe.
