After years of review and engagement, Perpetua secured final federal permits for the Stibnite Gold Project and began early works construction activities. These approvals unlock development of one of the highest-grade open pit gold deposits and the only identified domestic antimony reserve.
Key safety and environmental metrics include 166 consecutive months without reportable spills, 121 months without lost time incidents, 100 percent employee compliance training participation, and 590 volunteer service hours to local communities.
Perpetua posted $159.6 million in construction phase financial assurance, contributed $63.4 million to Idaho’s economy in 2025, completed over $19 million in legacy cleanup to improve water quality, made a $450,000 milestone payment plus $3.75 million in shares to the Stibnite Foundation, and established a $250,000 scholarship fund.
