Personalis to present first NeXT Personal data from breast cancer study at ESMO 2026
PSNL•Personalis will present NeXT Personal blood-based cancer test data at ESMO 2026, held October 23-27 in Madrid, including initial findings from a study of early-stage triple-negative breast cancer.
1. Planned presentations
Personalis will present updated overall survival and circulating tumor DNA analyses from the C-POST Phase 3 study in high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, along with initial B-STRONGER-1 findings on residual disease detection during preoperative treatment for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer. Poster findings indicate that tumor DNA changes predict early immunotherapy response and complement imaging assessments in advanced cancer.
