Perspective Therapeutics presented additional Phase 1/2a bamzireotide trial results in advanced neuroendocrine tumors on Nov. 5, 2026. The findings showed sustained disease control in a subgroup, supporting a focus on gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors with SSTR2 expression in all target lesions.
The treatment remained well tolerated, with no dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related discontinuations. An end-of-Phase 2 meeting is targeted for the first quarter of 2027; Phase 3 initiation that year depends on FDA feedback and preparatory work.
