The FDA granted Fast Track designation to Perspective Therapeutics’ investigational [212Pb]PSV359 for adults with FAP-positive, locally advanced unresectable or metastatic solitary fibrous tumors, a rare cancer with limited treatment options. The treatment is being studied in a Phase 1/2a trial in advanced FAP-positive solid tumors to support dose selection for Phase 2.
