2Q26 results show strong revenue, profit and cash flow growth
Petrobras 2Q26 net sales rose 42.3% from 2Q25 to R$ 169.53 billion; net income attributable to shareholders climbed 96.8% to R$ 52.45 billion.
IFRS gross profit increased 73.4% from 2Q25 to R$ 98.3 billion; adjusted EBITDA rose 79.6% to R$ 93.84 billion.
Operating cash flow gained 45.7% from 2Q25 to R$ 61.81 billion; free cash flow jumped 100.6% to R$ 38.61 billion.
Net debt fell 2.7% from 1Q26 to $60.39 billion; net debt-to-LTM adjusted EBITDA improved to 1.14x from 1.43x.
Fernando Melgarejo cited higher oil and products output, stronger Brent, record refinery utilization of 101.2%, and startup of the P-79 platform at Búzios.
