Petrobras expands gas supply deal with Braskem-controlled Voqen to R$ 1.85 billion

Petrobras signed an addendum to a related-party natural gas supply contract with Voqen Energia on Aug. 28, 2026.
The expanded deliveries will cover Braskem’s Brazilian units via the TBG, TAG and NTS transportation systems under a firm, inflexible supply model.
The estimated contract value rose to R$ 1.85 billion from an updated R$ 359.93 million for the original agreement.
The addendum term runs from Sep. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2029; the original contract period runs from Aug. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2026.
Contracted daily volumes vary between 300,000 and 1,000,000 cubic meters across the contract horizon.
