Pfizer raised its 2026 revenue guidance midpoint by USD 0.5 billion to USD 60.5 billion–USD 62.5 billion, citing stronger non-COVID products.
It reaffirmed 2026 adjusted diluted EPS (non-GAAP) at USD 2.8–USD 3, absorbing an expected USD 0.10 hit tied to the Innovent transaction.

Q2 revenue rises, but reported results swing to a loss
Pfizer posted Q2 2026 revenue of USD 15 billion, up 3% year over year, with reported diluted EPS turning to a loss of USD 0.04.
Adjusted diluted EPS (non-GAAP) slipped to USD 0.77 from USD 0.78, while reported results reflected USD 4.3 billion of non-cash intangible asset impairments.
