Pfizer says tilrekimig hits Phase 2 atopic dermatitis endpoint with 62.5% EASI-75 at week 16
PFE•Pfizer said 62.5% of patients receiving tilrekimig achieved EASI-75 at week 16 in a Phase 2 atopic dermatitis study, which met its main goal.

Pfizer presented Phase 2 results for tilrekimig in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis at the EADV congress. The study met its main goal, with more patients reaching strong skin clearance than with placebo; safety was comparable to placebo, with no serious drug-related events reported.
2. Further trials
Pfizer has started Phase 3 trials of tilrekimig in atopic dermatitis and asthma, and a Phase 2b/3 study is underway in COPD.
