P&G announces annual shareholder meeting

Procter & Gamble will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Oct. 13, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing 12 director nominees. Ballots also cover ratification of Deloitte & Touche as independent auditor, and an advisory vote on executive compensation is scheduled.
Shareholders will also vote on three shareholder proposals, including special-meeting thresholds, proposal eligibility, and charitable-contribution reporting.
