PGIM joins Kairoi and Helaba on Denver development
PGIM, the asset-management unit of Prudential Financial, broke ground with Kairoi Residential and Helaba Bank on an ultra-luxury Class A multifamily development in Denver’s Lower Highlands neighborhood.
The mid-rise project is planned for 420 apartment units.
Construction is located near Speer Boulevard and Zuni Street.
