Its gross floor area is about 62,700 sq m and it is fully leased to three tenants operating regional and national distribution hubs.

PGIM Real Estate acquired Tsurugashima II Logistics Center in Saitama, Greater Tokyo, for its flagship Asia Pacific value-add real estate strategy.
The deal extends year-to-date APAC logistics activity to six transactions across Japan, Australia and Singapore, totaling close to USD 630 million.
