PGIM to move PHYL high-yield bond ETF listing to Cboe BZX on Oct. 29, 2026
PHYL•PGIM will move the PGIM Active High Yield Bond ETF (PHYL) from NYSE Arca to Cboe BZX, with trading on the new exchange scheduled to begin Oct. 29, 2026. The fund had more than $1.4 billion in net assets as of Sept. 30, 2026, and its investment objective, strategy and management team will remain unchanged.
1. Exchange transfer
PGIM will move the PGIM Active High Yield Bond ETF (PHYL) listing from NYSE Arca to Cboe BZX. Trading on NYSE Arca is set to end after the Oct. 28, 2026 close, and Cboe BZX trading is scheduled to start at the Oct. 29 open under the same ticker; no shareholder action is required.
2. Fund details
PHYL had more than $1.4 billion in net assets as of Sept. 30, 2026. Its investment objective, strategy and portfolio management team will remain unchanged.
