PharmAla licensed exclusive, perpetual U.S. rights to ALA-002 to Jupiter Neurosciences under a definitive agreement signed July 20, 2026.
- Total consideration is up to about USD 100 million, including USD 3.33 million upfront paid in cash and Jupiter common stock.
- Milestones of up to USD 96.67 million are tied to Phase 3 dosing, FDA approval, and U.S. sales thresholds up to USD 2 billion.
- A 3% royalty on U.S. net sales starts after the third commercialization milestone is achieved.
- PharmAla kept rights outside the U.S. and will supply GMP-grade ALA-002 to Jupiter under a separate supply agreement.
