Pharming narrows 2026 revenue guidance to USD 380-390 million
PHAR•Pharming narrowed its 2026 revenue guidance to US$380-390 million from US$375-395 million and cut operating expense guidance by US$5 million to US$310-315 million. Third-quarter revenue rose 21% to US$117.6 million.

Pharming said its outlook assumes accelerating Joenja growth and RUCONEST revenue stabilizing and returning to growth in the second half. The company said available cash of US$190.9 million and future cash flows are expected to cover current pipeline and prelaunch costs.
