Pharming reports positive Phase II topline data for leniolisib in genetic primary immunodeficiencies beyond APDS
PHAR•Pharming presented positive Phase II topline data for leniolisib in genetic primary immunodeficiencies with immune dysregulation at ESID 2026, reporting clinical improvements across key signs and generally good tolerability. A separate Phase II readout in common variable immunodeficiency is expected in November.
1. Phase II findings
Pharming presented positive Phase II topline data for leniolisib in genetic primary immunodeficiencies with immune dysregulation at ESID 2026. The study showed clinical improvements across key signs of immune dysregulation, and treatment was generally well tolerated.
2. Further study plans
All participants who completed the trial chose to continue leniolisib in a long-term extension study. Management said a separate Phase II readout in common variable immunodeficiency is expected in November and will shape plans for a registrational program.
