The facility is expected to employ about 500 people, adding to PMI U.S. production sites in Kentucky and North Carolina.
Philip Morris opens Aurora manufacturing campus
Philip Morris International opened a new manufacturing campus in Aurora, Colorado, targeting USD 1.2 billion in capital spending for 2024-2028.
The site began commercial production in July 2026, making ZYN nicotine pouches to lift U.S. capacity, exports and supply-chain resilience.
The campus spans 780,000 square feet on 148 acres, marking PMI’s first greenfield manufacturing complex in the United States.
