Its early-career initiatives—including territory sales manager pathways and an 18–24 month Fellows Program—yielded a 25% full-time conversion rate for the 2025 class.

Philip Morris U.S. this summer welcomes its second internship class of 25 students embedded directly into core functions including finance, sales, operations and more. Interns participate in a 10-week program with capstone projects, collaborating across teams and presenting outcomes to senior leaders.

2. Conversion Rates and Career Pathways

Beyond internships, PMI U.S. offers a territory sales manager track for professionals with under three years’ experience and an 18–24 month Fellows Program launched in 2025. These initiatives contributed to a 25% conversion of the 2025 intern class into full-time roles, strengthening the talent pipeline.
