Philips WE-TRUST stroke trial surpasses 320 patients enrolled
PHG•Philips said its WE-TRUST stroke trial surpassed 320 patients enrolled across multiple countries, reaching a milestone announced Oct. 14, 2026.
1. Enrollment milestone
The randomized study compares direct-to-angio-suite care with conventional imaging-first treatment for eligible patients with acute ischemic stroke caused by large-vessel occlusion. Results are pending; earlier single-center studies suggested the approach could shorten time to treatment.
