Companies finalize joint venture for Western Gateway

Phillips 66, Kinder Morgan and HF Sinclair have finalized a joint venture agreement and made a final investment decision to move forward with the proposed Western Gateway Pipeline system, the companies said on Tuesday.

The project's enterprise value is about $5.0 billion, the companies added.
