Western Gateway pipeline reaches final investment decision
Phillips 66 reached final investment decision on the Western Gateway refined-products pipeline system to expand fuel supply routes to western U.S. markets.
The project targets 230,000 barrels per day initial capacity, combining a new roughly 900-mile Borger-to-Phoenix line with reversed links into California.
