Q2 earnings, sales and cash flow improve
Phinia posted Q2 net earnings of $40 million; adjusted diluted EPS rose to $1.53 from $1.27 a year earlier under U.S. GAAP.
Net sales climbed 5.62% to $940 million; adjusted EBITDA increased to $130 million from $126 million, while margin fell 0.4 percentage points to 13.8%.
Adjusted free cash flow jumped to $74 million from $20 million; $53 million was returned to shareholders, including $42 million of repurchases.
