Phio Pharmaceuticals announces annual shareholder meeting

Phio Pharmaceuticals will hold its annual stockholder meeting virtually on Sept. 28, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect six directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting.

The ballot also includes ratification of Grant Thornton as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Investors will also consider amending the 2020 long-term incentive plan to add 1,500,000 shares for equity awards.
