Phoenix Asia’s six-month revenue fell 7.3% to US$3.51 million for the period ended September 30, 2025, while gross profit declined 31.4% to US$741,443. Net income plunged 68.6% to US$198,336 as margin pressure from negotiated variation orders weighed on results.

1. Unaudited H1 2025 Financial Results

Phoenix Asia reported revenue of US$3,511,591 for the six months ended September 30, 2025, down 7.3% year-over-year. Gross profit fell 31.4% to US$741,443, while net income declined 68.6% to US$198,336 due to margin contraction.

2. Variation Orders and Margin Pressure

Cost of revenue increased 2.2% to US$2,770,148 largely from additional work under variation orders, which remain under negotiation and constrained gross margins during the period.

3. Business Operations and Future Positioning
