Phoenix New Media announces annual shareholder meeting
FENG•Phoenix New Media will hold its annual general meeting in Beijing on November 20, 2026, with shareholders voting on director re-elections, auditor reappointment and the company’s 2025 audited financial statements.
1. Meeting agenda
Shareholders will vote on re-electing Wei Xu and Yusheng Sun as directors and reappointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The agenda also includes receiving audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
