Picocela adds Lim Kien Leong, Jong Han Rey Foo to board of directors
PCLA•Board adds two directors after preferred share placement
Picocela added two directors on July 16, 2026, following the closing of a $5 million Class A preferred share placement.
Lim Kien Leong joined the board; he is co-founder and CEO of Singapore-based TranSwap, previously serving as its chief legal officer.
Jong Han Rey Foo joined the board; he is a partner at Singapore law firm KSCGP Juris, with a corporate law and litigation practice.
The board now has six directors, including two independent directors.
