PicPay completes acquisition of insurtech Kovr
PICS•PicPay closes Kovr acquisition
PicPay completed the acquisition of digital insurance technology company Kovr, following satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The deal includes 100% of Kovr Participações shares.
It also includes quotas representing 53% of Estrutural’s corporate capital, with a call option on the remaining quotas.
