Pilgrim’s Pride launched a private offering of up to EUR 500 million of senior notes, subject to market conditions.
Proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including funding consideration for the planned Walkers Deli & Sausage acquisition.
The transaction is not conditioned on the Walkers deal closing.
