Pinnacle Bancshares Q2 FY26 net income rises 4.4% to $1.03 million

Pinnacle Bancshares posted Q2 net income of USD 1.03 million, up 4.4% year over year, with EPS rising to USD 1.14.
Net interest margin widened 7 basis points to 3.20%, while return on average assets slipped to 1.06% from 1.11%.
Securities losses, deposits, and capital remain stable
Results included a USD 268,000 loss on sales of available-for-sale securities, with proceeds reinvested into higher-yielding, shorter-duration securities.
Deposits climbed to USD 351.6 million at June 30, 2026, up about 5% from year-end, while nonperforming assets held at USD 21,000.
Pinnacle Bank remained “well capitalized,” with common equity Tier 1 and Tier 1 risk-based capital ratios both at 20.01%.
