Pinnacle Financial reports 2Q FY26 results
- Pinnacle Financial Partners posted GAAP net income available to common shareholders of $313 million, or $2.07 a share, in 2Q26.
- Adjusted net income available to common shareholders rose to $379 million, lifting adjusted diluted EPS to $2.50 from $2.39 in 1Q26.
- Revenue slipped to $1.2 billion from $1.22 billion in 1Q26, while net interest income climbed 2% to $956 million.
- Loans increased 3% to $88.08 billion from 1Q26, while deposits grew 1% to $100.9 billion.
