Pinnacle Food Group appointed Martin Ngai Lam Cheung as an independent director, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Cheung, 57, has public-company board experience, including audit committee chair roles at China Development Bank International Investment and other listed firms.
He previously served as vice president and CFO of China Zenix Auto International from 2014 to 2022, covering reporting, governance, and investor relations.
