Planet Green Holdings announces annual shareholder meeting

Planet Green Holdings will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Flushing, New York on Nov. 5, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect five directors, including three incumbents seeking re-election and two new nominees.

A vote is also scheduled to ratify YCM CPA as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Other items include approval of up to USD 5 million in chairman loans convertible into common stock at a five-day VWAP price.

Shareholders will also set the frequency of future executive pay advisory votes, alongside a possible meeting adjournment to solicit more votes.
