Plexus reports higher revenue but lower GAAP EPS in Q3 fiscal 2026
Plexus posted Q3 fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.31 billion, up 12% sequentially and 28% year over year.
GAAP operating margin narrowed to 4.7%, down 0.6 percentage points sequentially; GAAP diluted EPS fell to $1.58.
Non-GAAP operating margin rose to 6.3%; non-GAAP diluted EPS climbed to $2.32, excluding $0.74 of stock-based compensation expense.
The company won 31 manufacturing programs worth $255 million in annualized revenue when fully ramped; its qualified opportunity funnel expanded to a record $4.5 billion.
For Q4, Plexus forecasts revenue of $1.33 billion to $1.38 billion with GAAP diluted EPS of $2.18 to $2.34; it expects fiscal 2026 revenue growth above 20%.
