Plumas Bancorp names Kelsey Cassinelli CFO, effective Jan. 1, 2027
PLBC•Plumas Bancorp appointed Kelsey Cassinelli executive vice president, chief financial officer and principal financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2027. She will succeed Richard Belstock, who is retiring as CFO and will remain with Plumas Bank as a special assistant to the president.
1. CFO transition
Cassinelli, currently senior vice president and principal accounting officer, joined Plumas Bancorp in April 2026 from KPMG, where she was a senior manager. Belstock will retire as executive vice president and CFO of Plumas Bancorp and Plumas Bank on Jan. 1, 2027, and remain with the bank to support the leadership transition.
