PMGC Holdings registered a DBA as NorthStrive Holdings for corporate communications and signed a trademark license with NorthStrive Companies covering the name, logo and related marks. The company said the move supports its M&A strategy, including SPAC formation, and plans a formal legal name change within about six months, pending SEC, Nasdaq and other regulatory filings.
