PMGC Holdings Merges AGA Precision Systems into A&B Aerospace, Consolidating Two Sites and 20+ CNC Machines
ELAB•PMGC Holdings merged AGA Precision Systems into A&B Aerospace, consolidating two California machining sites into an AS9100D- and ISO 9001:2015-certified platform with over 20 CNC machines and 5-axis capabilities. The move aims to cut governance and administrative costs while preserving Boeing, Honeywell and Moog contracts.
1. Merger Overview
On July 6, PMGC Holdings completed the merger of AGA Precision Systems LLC into A&B Aerospace Inc., with A&B Aerospace as the surviving legal entity. AGA will continue operating under its name as a fictitious business name to maintain customer, vendor and contract continuity.
2. Operational Impact
The consolidation unites two manufacturing facilities in Azusa and Santa Ana, California, under one AS9100D- and ISO 9001:2015-certified platform. With over twenty modern CNC machines, including full 5-axis capabilities, PMGC expects to reduce duplicative governance, reporting and administrative overhead.
3. Customer and Site Continuity
Existing agreements with Tier 1 aerospace and defense customers—such as Boeing, Honeywell and Moog—will remain in place, with both sites continuing operations. Shared resources, leadership and financial systems are designed to enhance customer coverage and operational flexibility across the combined business.
