PNC•PNC will redeem all $1.25 billion of its 6.615% fixed-rate/floating-rate senior notes due Oct. 20, 2027, on Oct. 20, 2026, paying holders 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest.
1. Redemption details
PNC will redeem all outstanding 6.615% fixed-rate/floating-rate senior notes due Oct. 20, 2027, on Oct. 20, 2026. The redemption covers $1.25 billion of notes, CUSIP 693475 BT1; holders will receive 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest through the redemption date, when interest will stop accruing.
