PodcastOne will hold its 2026 annual stockholder meeting in Beverly Hills, California on Sept. 17, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect seven directors, including Robert S. Ellin, James Berk, Jay Krigsman, Ramin Arani, Patrick Wachsberger, Carolyn Blackwood, and Jon Merriman.
A proposal seeks to raise the share reserve under the 2022 Equity Incentive Plan to 4,000,000 shares.
Votes are also scheduled on auditor ratification for the year ending March 31, 2027, plus a potential meeting adjournment.
